Within RIMOWA, 12 teams use Jira and Confluence differently: workflows, fields, ticket types, etc. These different practices did not allow them to follow the progress of their teams and thus obtain an overall view of the projects’ status. Another difficulty was that Atlassian skills are disparate across projects and users. This slows down the progress and communications between projects and teams.
