Key Challenges
Our client is a historic private bank, mainly present in France, Luxembourg and Switzerland, and recognized worldwide for the quality of its banking services of all kinds (private banking, asset management, real estate etc.).
As part of its digital transformation, this private bank wanted to facilitate the work of its teams while increasing their productivity. In order to do so, the customer asked our teams of experts to initiate a RPA project.
The objective of this project was to review and optimize the existing processes of the Compliance, Finance and Operations teams at their sites in Geneva, Paris and Luxembourg.
Our approach
- After analyzing the needs and constraints of our client, we were able to advise and support the customer in the implementation of his RPA project
- Integration
- Governance
- Production support
Security being a particularly important point in the eyes of our customer, we had to implement techniques to ensure that the robots were not a risk:
- Definition of the architecture
- Management of robot rights
- Implementation of a dashboard dedicated to the tasks (requiring special authorizations)
- Execution logs, etc.
As for any RPA project, we worked closely with the business in order to succeed in this challenge.
The robots interacting with the different systems of the bank (AVALOQ, Clearstream, Telekurs, etc.), libraries were therefore created in order to mutualize the developments.
Benefits
The deployment of RPA within the teams made it possible to relieve employees of certain tasks and thus increase their productivity.
The teams have completely integrated RPA processes into their daily work. The time savings generated as well as the reliability of the data reported by the robots allow them to work more efficiently on complex tasks.
