Be Home is a Belgium company that designs and offers handcrafted tabletop goods from all over the world.

The company founded in 2005 in North-America is now based in the Brussels surroundings and can rely on 20 employees working on a suite of various collaboration and business tools: Slack, Asana, Canva, Zoom, Calendly, Google docs, Dropbox…

To improve collaboration and exchanges between these coworkers, Be Home consulted our Digital Workplace experts to challenge its collaboration tools efficiency and their scalability.

After having audited the company, Microsoft 365 with Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive and Planner has been identified as the solution the most suitable.

Our approach

Our Experts started by delivering an audit of Be Home’s digital workspace. The results of the audit pointed towards a need for a central communication & collaboration tool. Microsoft 365 has quickly be identified as the most suitable solution.

Our Microsoft 365 Experts started by doing alignment and governance workshops with the CEO and key users. of Be Home.

Based on the workshops, our Architect designed the Microsoft 365 architecture so that our Engineer could work on the migration.

To onboard Be Home’s coworker properly on this new platfome, 40% of the total budget was allocated to adoption and user trainings in order to make sure that everyone within the company could use perfectly the new suite deployed, and take full advantage of it.

Benefits

Be Home has now a global governance for digital workspace and a common way of working. Instead of have each coworker working on different set of tools, Microsoft 365 is now their central collaboration and communication platform.

Onboarding of new coworkers is also facilitated thanks to this deployment.

The digital workspace is well architectured and well organized according to Be Home’s needs and buid to scale easily.
