SAP Solution manager is a SAP tool that enables the monitoring, measurement and intelligent analysis of the health of SAP systems, project management, ticketing in a structure. Our client, a global multi-energy production and supply company, wanted to automate and make autonomous the management of this reporting thanks to the solutions provided by our partner Automation Anywhere.

The objective was to enable to this giant in the energy sector to solve many manual controls on hundreds tables and several systems, causing a concentration of data and a consequent loss of processing time.

Creation of autonomous managing robots : Memory occupancy, job execution and reporting, payload verification and archiving.
Implementation of KPIs to avoid manual controls and creation of a unique notification
Management of licenses and Shared Services with the Automation Anywhere to accelerate the development of robots
