Context and Challenges

Through this project, our teams had the opportunity to support one of the world’s leading banking and financial services groups. This leader in its sector, operating on 5 continents, aimed to digitize a business process for publishing due diligence. Already implemented in Lotus Notes, this process had to be transferred to Jira.

This major banking group wanted to deploy a review and validation system prior to any external communications distribution. This project consisted in delivering a solution that was operational, flexible, and maintainable, allowing to improve the collaboration between teams and to develop a follow-up of validations.

In order to address this challenge, one of our Atlassian experts intervened during 15 days, in order to achieve the following actions:

Our expert also participated in the simplification and improvement of the business process. Thanks to his pedagogical approach, including the different stakeholders from the very beginning of the project, he facilitated the change management.
