Context and Challenges

Our customer is a start-up who wanted to develop a dedicated web and mobile application for companies and business travelers, in a B2B2C model. They wanted a solution that would help all employees organize their business trips. It would also offer employees a single access point for all their travel-related information.

This is the context in which our customer called upon us to build:

Approach

In order to best meet our customer’s expectations, we divided the project into different phases:

  1. UX Audit: UX/UI analysis to analyze the user journey and experience envisioned by our customer. This allowed us to understand and detect any friction points and major problems in the user experience.
  2. Understanding needs and defining personas
  3. Scoping: defining the user story backlog
  4. Development: delivery of features and integration of information from external information systems such as: CDS (a professional hotel reservation platform, Amadeus (an air travel reservation and data platform), Award Wallet (email parsing), Dimo software (expense management software).
