A look back at our participation in the Talent Day forum

Positive Thinking Company was very pleased to participate in the Talent Day forum organized by Efrei Paris on Thursday, November 18. This 2021 edition was held in a brand new and entirely online format.

Overview of the event

The Talent Day is a forum organized by Efrei Paris, the engineering school specializing in computer science and digital technologies. It is mainly intended for Master 2 students, who are looking for an internship before graduation.

In a context challenged by an ever-evolving health situation, a 100% online format was chosen in order to put these future engineers and digital experts in touch with more than 70 partner companies. Just like Positive Thinking Company, each of the companies involved had a virtual stand to welcome the participants’ avatars.

Positive Thinking Company and Efrei Paris

We have established a long-term partnership with Efrei Paris, which offers a range of programs aligned with several of our areas of expertise, such as cybersecurity and data engineering. The Talent Day was an opportunity for our recruitment teams to meet with students in their 5th year of studies and to offer them pre-hiring internships in line with their specializations:

Indeed, Positive Thinking Company is comitted to guiding young people during their first professional experience with a client, before they join the Group.

A winning bet for this online event

The Talent Day forum lived up to its promise! Many participants visited our virtual booth during the day. These visits resulted in about 30 applications.

This event was very well organized. We had pleasant exchanges with future graduates about concrete opportunities and recruitment tips. We had several applications: it’s up to us to transform them into recruitment.
