Phase 2: OPERATE
We run the BOT centres with a strong emphasis on the clients’ working culture. Step by step, we integrate the teams into the clients’ organizations, providing management support, and leveraging best practices from our years of operating BOTs in Vietnam. Our dedicated management ensures the smooth operation of the centres, allowing our clients to focus on their tech roadmap. Throughout the process, the clients have a direct say on costs and processes, ensuring full transparency and control at all times.
Phase 3: TRANSFER
The clients can decide to acquire 100% ownership of a fully operational and autonomous development centre, or we can continue running the centre on their behalf. We only transfer once the clients are ready and satisfied that we meet their targets for quality and productivity.
The legal ownership transfer of the entire development centre includes its office, equipment, and the entire engineering team, including Development Managers, Software Engineers, Product Owners, as well as operational and support staff in Office Operations, HR, Recruitment, IT Help Desk, etc. The clients benefit from owning and operating fully integrated teams experienced in running the daily operations of the centre.
